Once again Steve Prohm and company find themselves targeting a big name recruit against a couple of bigger schools.
It could be challenging to get Croaker to leave his home state of Florida but Texas already has 7 underclassmen that our guards four of which who are Freshman. Which means Croaker may not be promised any playing time for next year and will have to battle for a position the next few years.
Without having seen him play in person, it is hard to say that Croaker would collect a ton of minutes in a Racer uniform next season if he chose Murray State. However, if he is as talented as the scouts say he is, I'm sure he'll have no trouble finding the floor.
Murray State will only be returning one true shooting guard next season and although Demarcus plays more like a small forward he would still be a good fit in filling that spot.
